Diversity of perspectives is crucial to 22’s success. They work hard to create a culture and community that reflects the world we live in, and take pride in their progress. However, they understand that this is an ongoing journey, and will continue to strive for progress. During a critical election, 22 launched an internal project with a clear objective: to encourage people to vote while promoting mutual respect for differing opinions.
